how do you disconnect the wiring on a 2000 jeep wrangler heater blower motor?

I found out... I was being a little wimpy pulling the connector. I used a pair of pliers and gave it a good pull and it came off..

Make sure the harness (plug) is in good condition. The plugs have a problem with melting down. Consequently, they become very hard to remove.
