Where/why is fuel leaking when filling car and fuel smell? How to correct problem?

I have a 2000 S-Type Jaguar, 4.0 (8 cylinder). I recently had a new fuel pump and filter put on and it is now leaking under the rear of the driver side. I also smell raw fuel when I fill the tank with a certain amount of fuel. Thank you!!!
