My car 2000 Isuzu Wizard Ls V6 heats the inside part of the gearbox.
When I am driving I feel a warming in the left foot.

Ensure the engine is not misfiring which would cause the catalytic converter to glow red hot. Check the carpets and heat shields.

Heat should be from the exhaust system.
