lost all pressure in my clutch pedal

Hi i just replaced my clutch last week in my car and last night i had lost all pressure in my clutch pedal and my gears all started to slip. what could cause this? My clutch was replaced last week and last night it started to slip and my pressure in my clutch pedal was lost
