shifting in to 5th gear difficult and noisy
all ready changed oil!

Looks like something is wrong with the 5th gear assy. Something has given way and it could be the bearings.

Can you feel it grinding into gear possibly a synchro fault. a mechanic can road test this and tell you if this is the case.

Found the problem!
Not the right oil in the transmission!!
