Would i need a tune if i put an aftermarket 4-1 headers

And an aftermarket catback racing exhaust on my 2000 Honda prelude. the headers are kamkazi 4-1 high temperature black coating and the exhaust is FC-15 option racing exhaust system. Those are the only parts of the exhaust i am changing and i am leaving the catalytic converter alone
