clutch makes sort of an electrical , clicking noise when pressed

Hello, i have a 2000 honda prelude 5 speed, and the clutch makes a electrical noise or springy noise, but sounds more.electrical clicking noise when i press the.clutch all the.way, it shifts and.drives fine, and.works, but the noise worries me.

They noise sounds normal when the switch is pressed in and out by the pedal its going to make noise.

Yes the switchs click as long as everything is working good and no burning smells etc your good.

Even if you changed the switch doesnt mean the new one would be any less noisey.

If the noise is from pedal, try lubricating the pedal pivot and springs. If noise is from transmission side, check the slave cylinder push rod. It might require some lubrication. If it is from inside the transmission housing, the clutch pedal fork lacks lubrication.

Nothing to worry about but annoying.
