Electrical Problems*** TAIl LIGHT & GAUGE LIGHTS(SHORTAGE?)

I own aHonda Passport recentlty my 15a fuse blew, and as well the second one I inserted. I placed a 30a in,to track a hot wire(My tail lights work and gauge light when using a 30a fuse) I found a hot wire along the driver door. Is the short after the wires or before? or is my relays? NEED ANSWERS>>>
