after replacing nearly the whole front end , everthing is tight , when you cut the wheel at a stand still and put it in gear back and forth, it make a poping noise. But when driving , weather turnig or stoping or runnig over pothole or anything , it never makes a sound . please help , I'm trying to sell the car and as soon as someone hears that noise in the beginning , that's the end of the sale...thanks jim.

Check the engine mounts. They are two metal brackets with a rubber isolator in the middle. That rubber can deteriorate, then the metal parts will bang against each other.

Another method involves using a "Chassis Ear" to listen for the source of the noise. That is a set of six microphones that are placed near suspect points, then you listen with headphones inside the car while you switch between them. Many mechanics have never heard of or even seen this tool but most new car dealer repair shops have them.
