I replaced the iacv because the rpm`S were flutuating.
So when i put the new one the rpms became a little high but no more flutuating. And i just found out also that a small hose is by throttle is leaking water slowly. so when i filled radiator with water the rpms get balanced. Im going to replace the tommorrow. i think this water leak is causing the high rpms.

Fix the coolant leak but i doubt its causing a bad idle vacuum leaks do that. Then start the car with the new iac installed then let it run and give it a chance for the rpms to come down and adjust itself. Then see how it idles.
