When cold outside air temp around 30F the car was hard to start, when it did start it ran ruff untill the engine warmed up. The following day with the temp in the low 40'sF the engine started but ran ruff, I added a can of BG 44k fuel treatment and filled up the tank. Doing some research lead me to troubleshoot the heat side of the O2 sensor, which with the car warm had 17 ohms of resitance, well with in the range of 10-40 ohms. When I checked the codes I came up with 2 codes one for the O2 sensor and the other P1735.

P1735 is not a valid code but P1753 is.

Try a different scanner. Some scanner cannot communicate properly with the PCM and might give you the wrong code.
