2000 GMC Envoy hid headlights

I have a 2000 GMC Envoy that has a factory upgrade HID low beam headlight system. the bulb has burned out on one side and they are not changeable. I am trying to find a replacement HID system for it but can not find one. everything i find is a conversion system which i bought and tried but the voltage was not right to make it work.

If it is a factory upgrade, you should see your dealer for parts. I have to be honest, I've never see headlights which weren't replaceable.
