I put all new pluges,wires,cap,roter,camsensor and cranksensor and still wont run

Hello,

Ok, don't see where you check for fuel... can you hear the fuel pump kick in when key turned to on position? If not check relay

Are you able to check Fuel Pressure? If so please do and post results...

Also I take it you are getting good spark (Bright Bluish/White and Not Orange).

It's getting fuel and the pluges are wet and the spark is intermittent bright blue

Ok, since plugs are wet with fuel it will not start. The plugs and cylinder will need to dry out.

Lets back up a bit....

Ok, you changed pluges,wires,cap,roter,camsensor and crank sensor... Why the Sensors? Is or was the Engine light on?

Now, if the Fuel Pressure is not correct it can cause a no start. If the Spray Pattern isn't Atomizing properly there could be to much fuel being dumped into the cylinder that isn't being burned, So a proper Fuel Pressure Test would help determine if it is a Fuel Pressure Problem.
