Mustang front brakes overheating

Has anyone got a clue to the front brakes overheating on a 2000 Mustang GT,ive replaced with brand new calipers,new hubs and bearings,new hoses,various new pads yet still overheats and feels like they very gently drag,nothing is seized as everything has been replaced,at a complete loss now.

What brand brake pads are you using?Do you have rear drum brakes?

Yes its got abs and traction control,have tried disconecting the abs and still the same,abs light does come on when they overheat,no codes or faults show up on code readers.

Have tried every brand of pad available including red stuff but still no joy.

So do you have drum or disc brakes in the rear?Also what brand pads are you using?

Rear brakes are also discs and are working perfect.

Have tried original ford pads,raybestos,ebc the lot.

Maybe the wrong brake fluid was added at one time causing fluid pressure to be trapped in the brake lines causing brakes to drag.So is front and rear or just fronts ober heating?

Front brakes only,also had a full fluid change several times.

What happens is the incorrect fluid causes the master cylinder seals etc to swell even changing the fluid doesnt help once the damage is done.

Good question,bought the car with this fault thinking it would be an easy repair,how wrong i was and its beat everyone upto now.

Was going to change the master cylinder next but thought if this was at fault both front and rear brakes would overheat and not just the front.
