brake lights not working

Have a 2000 ford mustang and the back lights and back turn signals work but the brakes will not work even after we changed the sensor and the fuse.

changed the brake sensor under the peddle and all the fuses are good

Is the high mount brake light coming On? if so-Check and test the turn signal switch
