can you tell me what is wrong with my engine

hi i have a problem with my car, i fill the radiator with water and it seems to dissapear quiet quickly. we have checked for any leaks coming from the radiator but there are no leakes. the radiator also makes a sizzling noise. could you please tell me some possible problems please.my car is a 2000 ford mondeo ghia 2.0 auto
