mondeo st24 v6 2.5l 24v

I am getting my injectors cleaned and tested as i have had poor power and starting problems.
while i was taking the injectors out i noticed the upper and lower inlet manifolds need a good clean.
I noticed something odd,on the manifolds 5 of the 6 primary(open)ports are very clean but the one at the back on the left is as black as the secondary ports.
does anyone know why this is?

thankyou!!!

That could indicate a bad injector? Did you record which cylinders the injectors were removed from?

You could have one varnished up inside the nozzle.

I got my injector results back, two of them were leaking which was causing the starting problems,it starts first time now and the power is much better, and the car runs much smoother.
cheers.
