How do I remove the passenger door panel? And how do I fix the electric window so it will work again?

The passenger window will not roll down, so someone has suggested I take off the door panel and use sand paper on the connections. However, I cannot get the door panel off.

Should be a few screws holding the panel to the door frame. One buy the door latch handle, maybe two. Two or three in the armrest. The edges of the panel are secured to the inner door skin with clips. Carefully pry the panel away from the door at the locations of the clips. Once loose, lift up and out. Be careful of the wires.

Also, use a test light to make sure the switch has power and is working properly.
