This is a 4 wheel drive with 4 wheel disk brakes. The rear calipers are locked up. The drivers side is the worst but the pass side is also stuck. What do I do to fix this?

Also when starting when the weather is cold, it will start and then die several times. When it does kind of idle it is very low around 400 rpm. Its like once it gets some heat it then will run. Any ideas?

The brake lines have a rubber connecting line between the steel lines & the caliper. The inner tube on this rubber line has disinnergrated inside, causing the fluid to be unable to return after pedal is released. Replace the rubber line, & bleed both calipers.
Can't help ya with the idle problem tho', sorry !

If the calipers are locked and don't release, try releasing the pressure from the bleeder valve to confirm what Ford Man said. If they still don't release, the hose isn't the problem. Check to see if the caliper piston is sticking or the slides are sticking.
