The bed of my truck squeaks really bad when I go over bumps and it's super annoying can I lube it someone or what can I do ?

Before I make any suggestions, check to see if the mounts are rusted badly. This year Ford truck rusted from the inside - out.
If it isn't rusted, the only thing you can do is check if something is loose.

It's all pretty rusty under there the truck is In great shape tho what do you think the squeaking could be? And could I use wd40 I just don't know where to use it

If you think the bed is making the noise, try spraying the bed mounts.
