what will cause excessive pressure in the cooling system? has new antifreeze, thermostat. its not overheating. no water/antifreeze in oil. not leaking or burning it either. pushes antifreeze into resivior. cap is new and does not get hot either. alot of pressure when removing cap.

It sounds like a bad head gasket. If air from the cylenders gets into the cooling system, it will blow the coolant out the radiator, overflow... Try this. With the engine cold, remove the radiator cap. Start the engine. If the coolant comes flying out the radiator, you have a bad head gasket.
