Whistling noise

Every time I drive a mile it starts whistling and when I turn the car off it makes the whistling sound.

It could be the air conditioner equalizing?

Turn it off and see if it persists.

Another possibility;
Sometimes a dirty throttle body plate whistles. Clean both sides of the plate with throttle body spray.
