2000 ford contour chcnged pugs and wires now it has a miss fire in cylinder 4

If this happened since you changed the plugs and wires, then it's pretty obvious that something went wrong in that job. Go back over your work. Pull the plugs back out and look for cracks in the porcelain and check the condition of the wires and the firing order.
