Do you have diagnostic fault codes indicating a problem with them? If not, they're working properly. The TPS will have 5.0 volts on one wire, 0.2 volts on the ground wire, and 0.5 to 4.5 volts on the signal wire depending on throttle position. The coolant temperature sensor for the Engine Computer will have between 0.5 and 4.5 volts on the signal wire when it is still plugged in and 0.2 volts on the ground wire. The voltage depends on temperature. You can't measure the voltage pulses on the automatic idle speed motor.
