My lower control arm on right side is rubing the inside of my rim if i trun my wheel left or right i hear a grinding sound

That indicates the lower ball joint is seriously worn and about to separate leading to loss of control and a crash. The steering and suspension systems should be inspected at a tire and alignment shop right away.
