cruise control

is there a fuse for cruise control? i have looked in the fuse box on the driver side and under the hood where the positive battery cable is.

Fuse 11, a 10 amp inside the car feeds the instrument cluster / cruise control light, but all other functions come from the Engine Computer. What are the symptoms? Does the horn work?
