doesn't turn to the right very well?

Ok this truck was in a front end accident, the damage isn't too bad the driver side front quarter panel is bent, the headlight is a little crooked, and the core support is also dented. Now the truck turns to the left great, almost like it's going too far left, but doesn't turn to the right very well and when It hits the rack going right the power steering pump whines like its not supposed to go any further. I've looked online and see people saying look for binding and such but I've found none, what else could be causing this?

It used to be pretty common for the steering gear main shaft to get twisted when there was an impact on the wheel itself on this truck.

It sounds like the right side tie rod end is bent, I would use a flashlight and inspect the steering and suspension components and match them to the diagrams below. If everything looks okay I would replace the steering box like WRENCHTECH suggested. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
