Can't remove rear brake drum,,any suggestions?

I cant remove the rear passanger side brake drum. Its locked up bad. I given it the hammer many times and it still wont free up. Tried jolting it forward and in reverse, still nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

was this caused by sitting too long?

quick fix, weld shopping cart wheel to bottom of drum!..........NOT!

try loosening shoes by accessing self adjuster thru service hole on back of wheel?
