2000 Dodge Intrepid. I went to turn into a parking spot (turning left). I heard a pop on the outside of my car. I stopped immediately. Now, steering wheel will turn as much as I want it to, but the front wheels do not move. I checked under the hood, looking for a snapped belt, but found nothing.
