I am getting code P0340, camshaft postioning sensor low voltage. I have replaced the CPS but still get the code. How do I test this for this voltage? Should I test at the CPS or the PCM?

The supply voltage is at the Engine Computer because it also feeds the crankshaft position sensor and you don't have a code for that one. Back-probe the connector at the cam sensor and look for 5.0 volts on one of the wires when the ignition switch is on. If it's there, check the connector pin to see if it's spread or corroded. If that is okay, measure the resistance to ground on the other two wires. One will read low. One should not read low resistance. If both read low resistance, the signal wire is grounded.
