Turn signal relay clicks continuously

2000 Dodge Durango: The turn signal relay is clicking continuously. The lights on the dash are not flashing with it, neither are the lights. All the lights, on the dash and outside, work correctly when selected by either the multifunction switch or the hazard switch.
