The cable broke on my driver side rear electric window regulator. I replaced it with a new regulator but the window still won't work. The other 3 windows work fine. I also checked all the fuses I could find and they're all good. What am I missing? Are there any other things to check?

The regulator in new out of the package. How do I check if it's getting power? The motor makes no sound when I use the switch (either the front one or the back one). The window isn't hooked to the regulator yet and does move freely in the door.

unplug the motor and put either a volt meter or test light to one of the prongs on connector hit the switch with button one way. if no light hit other prong. if no light check for a bad switch or broken wire at door jamb. same for other windows.
