Why do I hear a clicking sound coming from the front right brake when I hold down the brake pedal to stop? I can also feel the brake pedal pulsating. It only pulsates and clicks when the brakes are in use, when i let off the brakes the sound goes away. I just replaced the brake pads and rotors on both front wheels.

It could be wheel bearings. Normally a pulsating and clicking pedal is indicative of rotor runout. Whoever did it may have also torqued the wheel lugs too much.
