what could be the problem when there is little bit of oil on the piston and the car smokes

we replaced the radiator and after that the car was making a noise and smoking but only when we put water after driving a short distance it stopped but now there is little bit of oil on the pistons and it smokes a little bit

what color is the smoke??

it may have blown a head gasket from the overheating
