Radiator fluid/ coolant

I would like to drain the old coolant from my citroen xsara 1.4l but i do not know where to find the outlet cap/plug.

Would i be able to do it by myself or do i have to take it to a mechanic to do it?

most cars today do not have drains for the radiator. you can remove the lower hose or my suggestion is to let a shop use there flush machine to clean the entire system and replace with the proper 50-50 coolant.
