Copy your photo and paste it in MS Paint, then click "Save As" and pick a place to save it like the desktop. I have a separate folder for pictures. When you get the "save" box, in the lower drop-down menu it comes up "24-bit Bitmap (*.bmp;*.dib). When you click the down arrow to get the menu, that's the fourth one down. Click the fifth one down, "JPEG(*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*JFIF). Then click "save".

When you click "Browse" right below the reply box, look for what you saved to the desktop and click that. The photo has to be in a JPEG format. If that doesn't work, I also do a lot of editing of pictures with MS Word, but then it has to be copied and pasted to MS Paint where it can be converted to a JPEG.

That's a bracket. It either goes on the evaporator coil or the air box.
