When you hit the breaks to hard my car cut off

Why is this happening? My passage side door would not close normally i have to slam it. Why is this happening? If i had to get it fixed how much woukd it cost?

Can you hear a sucking noise (vacuum) when you hit the brakes? Also you need to adjust the door sticker for the door to shut easier.
