fan stops blowing air after using .5 hour driving

I have put in a new fan ,but no change

i assume you mean the blower inside the car?? if so, then it may be a bad resistor. it is totally electronic these days. it may be from too much draw.
if it is the fan under the hood, it may be a control issue from a coolant sensor or computer command.
