The CEL came on and the code was P0140 bank 1 sensor 2 no activity detected. I replaced the o2 sensor behind the catalytic converter on the drivers side and the light came back on with the same code so I replaced the o2 sensor again and the light came back on. (same code). I also checked the o2 fuse.
