rotors not coming off-2000 4 wheel drive tracker

silver plate.removed 4 small machine screws,cannot get that plate off.is it threaded,or needs to pulled sraight off.having no luck.manual does not show this at all.

Rotor just pulls off what is "silver plate"?

In center,took out 4 screws,rotor is not loose at all.the plate has to come off first,and i do know the caliper has to come off to.how does that plate come off.

O.K. put hub cover back on then remove caliper pads and caliper mounting bracket. Then pull rotor off
