I replaced the power steering pump and the rack and pinion earlier this year. The pump, of course, operates fine when the truck is in motion. The steering is very tight when the truck is at a stand still. The fluid is at the correct level and no leakage is noticed.
Is there another brand of pump that will enhance the steering performance?
