I was recently installing a cold air intake on my 2000 chevy s10 2.2L. When I removed all of the stock air intake components I noticed a vacuum hose about an inch in diameter. It is not connected to anything on one end but leads to a pump of some sort under the radiator just behind the front bumper.
I included some photo's.
One is looking down at the hose from under the hood.
The other two are of the part located under the radiator behind the bumper.
Secondly There was a small hose connected to the plenum. It is located under the throttle body.I included a picture of it. Can you tell me what the purpose of this is.
