Changed intake had to reset timing

what kind of knock? whats the oil pressure?

Not sure sounds like from the top passenger side but its to loud to pin point scared to run it long or rev it up the oil pressure is were it normally sits between 40 and 80

Sounds like you may have dropped something into the intake. I assume you did change the oil after replacing the gasket, right?

PS, That distributor has to be set using a professional scan tool. It doesn't control ignition timing.

Nothing was left in the intake got all rags out and little pieces of ok Gasket. Yes I changed the oil I week before along with the plugs and wires and antifreeze. Notice the intake leak and change Gasket. I checked the oil looks good no water. So can the knock be because of the timing. I got the number one on Tdc and had the distributor back in with the rotor lined up with the number six mark on the housing like it said to do. Truck crunk rite up. Just knocking now. I had a problem with the motor not turning all the way around by hand but does when u crank it. Don't know if that's any cause.

Whoooo. You have to immediately change the oil. Do not run the engine again until you do. Pulling the intake causes coolant to run into the crankcase along with all the old gasket material.
Forget the timing. It's not adjustable so that cannot be the issue. You still could have dropped a nut or a washer into one of the intake ports without realizing.

Even if the oil is clean it looks like fresh oil. I drained the antifreeze before I ever started. 100% sure no bolt or nut fell n I keep them all way from the intake and stuffed rags into it before I cleaned off any of the old Gasket .

If you're so sure none of that is possible and the problem is nothing external like the harmonic balancer or something like that, then it's time to either replace the motor or tear it down for inspection. You might want to get a more experienced ear to listen before going that far. Make sure you didn't mix up the push rods. they are different sizes.

Even if the motor was running fine before I changed the intake Gasket u think it may be no good now. I'm confused on Wut could cause it to go bad.

You may never know until it's torn down. Get another opinion from someone experienced after they listen to it. I can't tell you much about noises through my keyboard.
