when i push on the gas pedal it goes all the way to the floor board and you will not go at all. i got under the hood a put the cable back aroung the gooves and the i was able to push on the gas pedal and go

What's the question? That cable can pop off if someone works the throttle under the hood but it should be evident when it comes off. If it came off while driving, the anchor for the cable is loose or that guide is bent.
