Shouldnt be too hard you jus have to find where the cable exits the car and run the cable.

That would depend on your technical and mechanical capabilities. It is more of a remove and install job, only thing you need to note is to get the cable adjustment right.

It shouldnt be that hard you just have to unhook it from the ebrake push the cable groument thru the floor pan and run it to the calipers.

No, only basic mechanic's tools and a long nose plier would be useful.
