replaced clutch now 3rd and 5th grind

I replaced my clutch in my chevy cavalier today because my old one let go. Now 3rd and 5th gear grinds if at a high rpm. If i let the rpms get down to about 1,000 and shift it does not grind. Do you know what the possible problem could be? I have bled the clutch and it is not air bound.
