the lower radiator hose has three ends the largest hose connects to the engine using what appears to be a brass "goose" neck this "goose " neck is bolted on with 2 bolts what is this part called?

radiator outlet pipe but mine is bolted fast

To remove outlet pipe.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Drain and recover the coolant.
remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.
Remove the cover to the outlet pipe bolt through the exhaust manifold runners.
Safely raise and support the vehicle.
Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the radiator outlet pipe.
Remove the radiator outlet pipe to oil pan bolt.
Remove the cover to the outlet pipe bolt.

I hope that info helped? Its easier for me to look at the vehicle and work on it, than to try to talk somebody through it. I guess everybody is that way.
