license plate lights not working

the license plate lights on my vehicle (v6) are out. My husband cannot find the fuse for it. he replaced the bulbs already.

the fuse is the trl/park fuse in the under-hood fuse box. check the ground on the frame and wiring as it may have something messed up there as well. i am sending the wiring harness schematic so he can see where they are located. the cover on the under-hood fuse block will show where the fuse is.
