car stalls when idling too long

I have a 2000 Escalade and it stalls if my car is idling too long. I am wondering if it could be the fuel injector? I just had a throttle cleaning at Cadillac about 1 month ago and they thought that would fix the problem. It started again today.

The fuel pump could be on its way out-check fuel pressure with a gauge.

The dealer checked the fuel pump and said there was no problem with it that's why they did the throttle cleaning.
I also noticed that the fuel gauge will jump up 1/4 of a tank and the oil gauge will jump also just before it stalls.
