2000 eldorado northstar etc 82,000 miles

can I change oil pan gasket without splitting engine

can I tighten oil pan bolts myself crawling under the car,
there is a slight oil leek on the sides of the edge of the pan,
and what is the torque lbs for the bolts


what is the air pressure on the tires tire says 51 lbs
2356016 h-speed rating 100 load range
door says 30 front 30 rear
but 30 in front looks as 2-flat tires

I just noticed the oil pressure switch was leaking @ the o-ring
fixed it now I noticed a small oil leak on driveway
directly under the oil filter??????
